Practice is the whole product

Soft skills only shift when participants perform, get observed and get specific feedback. Ask shortlisted trainers what proportion of the day participants spend speaking or writing — anything below half is a lecture with exercises attached.

Cohort size is a quality control

Beyond roughly 20 participants, individual feedback stops being possible in a single day. Splitting a large population into practice-sized cohorts costs more days but is the difference between coverage and capability.

Frequently asked questions

What is the ideal cohort size for soft skills training?

12 to 20 for practice-based sessions. Larger groups work only for awareness-style content where individual feedback is not the goal.

Can soft skills training be delivered online?

Yes, though practice and feedback need deliberate design — breakout rooms, recorded practice and smaller cohorts than an in-person equivalent.

Need help shortlisting?

Send us the requirement — audience, outcome, locations, languages and timeline. We confirm availability, propose a shortlist and issue a quotation.
