What separates a good POSH trainer

POSH is the subject where a slide read-out does the most damage. Participants disengage, the sensitive questions never get asked, and the organisation is left with attendance evidence but no behaviour change.

The trainers worth shortlisting can handle a difficult room: a shop floor that treats the topic as a joke, a management group worried about false complaints, an Internal Committee anxious about getting procedure wrong. That is a facilitation skill layered on top of subject grounding.

Match the trainer to the track

Employee awareness at scale, manager sessions with rehearsed conversations, and Internal Committee enquiry practice are three different jobs. Some trainers cover all three well; many are strongest in one. Profiles show delivery experience so you can match deliberately.

Training is not legal advice. Trainers explain obligations and good practice in general terms; advice on your organisation's specific position or a live complaint should come from a qualified employment lawyer.

Frequently asked questions

Do POSH trainers need a specific certification?

There is no single statutory certificate that qualifies someone as a POSH trainer, which is why we verify credentials and look for demonstrable employment law, HR investigation or Internal Committee experience alongside facilitation skill.

Can POSH sessions be delivered in Malayalam or Hindi?

Yes. Delivery language is a filter in the directory and a matching criterion when we shortlist for your requirement.

Can one trainer cover awareness, managers and the Internal Committee?

Often, yes — but not always well. Many organisations use one trainer for awareness at scale and a more procedurally experienced trainer for the Internal Committee day.

Need help shortlisting?

Send us the requirement — audience, outcome, locations, languages and timeline. We confirm availability, propose a shortlist and issue a quotation.
